Residential Services
Designed to serve individuals who previously resided in Institutional settings or home settings with families, it began in 1995.
Supported Living
This program provides residential services where individuals are provided with 24-hour care while not involved in their day program activities. Homes are located throughout Carter and Washington Counties. Individuals are assisted with cooking, shopping, etc. Focus is placed on teaching/training skills to promote independence. Individuals are assisted with Community Activities. Many are members are bowling leagues, ball teams, involved in church activities, etc.
Family Based
Individuals reside with foster families in a home setting. Homes are located in Washington and Green County. Great emphasis is placed on the individual being a member of the “family”. Most individuals currently residing with a foster family has lived with them for more than 10 years. They truly are members of the family and are treated as such.
