Funding for Dawn of Hope
The Dawn of Hope receives funding primarily through contracts with the Division of Mental Retardation Services, Tenncare – Home and Community Based Waiver, Department of Finance and Administration, State of Tennessee.
Most of these funds are provided by the Centers for Medicare-Medicaid Services (CMS) through the Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver program, which is by formula, matched by the State of Tennessee. Certain services are provided with total state funding.
Additional funding resources include:
Division of Rehabilitation Services, Department of Human Services, State of Tennessee, CACFP, Department of Transportation, State of Tennessee
