The Developmental Program is housed in the Stratton facility located at 500 E. Oakland Avenue in Johnson City. This program strives to make our individuals as independent as possible and to give them the necessary tools to live life to its fullest and be productive members of society. The Developmental Program is divided into the following three areas:
