Capital Campaign

In September of 1999 the Foundation launched it Capital Campaign to renovate the former Stratton Elementary School to house the Dawn of Hope Development Center and Administrative offices. In July 2004, the Dawn of Hope Foundation met its $1 million goal. We would like to thank all the volunteers and supporters involved in the success of the campaign.

The mission of the Dawn of Hope Foundation is to educate individuals and organizations about the existence, needs, and purpose of the Dawn of Hope, Inc. and to generate and manage resources, which will enhance the quality and scope of services provided to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northeast Tennessee.
