The mission of Dawn of Hope is to provide high quality, caring, individualized services to enrich the lives of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Northeast Tennessee. We do this in three program areas: Developmental, Vocational and Residential Services.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
An annual campaign across the Country to increase awareness of this devastating disease. While most people are aware of breast cancer, many forget to take the steps to have a plan to detect the disease in its early stages and encourage others to do the same. Tennessee Community Organizations (TNCO) recognized Dawn of Hope Service Recipient Paul with the Individual Achievement of the Year Award for the East Tennessee Region at the 2013 TNCO Annual Luncheon, which was held in Nashville, Tennessee on August 14.
